52NURBANCOLLECTIVE
Ascension – Bank Holiday Sunday 30nd May 2004

Urban Collective were back in town with the biggest event so far!
For the first time, Urban Collective dropped tickets in favour of a first come, first served basis. A risky gamble, but before the doors opened at 52 Degrees North – a sizeable queue was already forming.

Fresh from the warm up session in the Buck, Beano Brown entered & warmed things up with a mixture of down beat hip hop & r&b. With the club steadily filling, Luke G served up a smooth set getting the party people lively.
DJ Benzi followed with an uplifting half an hour of classic garage sounds entertaining a near capacity crowd leading up to DJ Kilbz.
With things truly rocking, the big man Kilbz followed with a storming hour set filled with r&b classics as well as some upfront shakers. The club was now at breaking point, with the capacity reached – but people were still queuing hoping to enter the biggest Urban Collective party of the year.
Back on the mixer was Beano & Luke G for the last hour. Beano treated the crowd to a jumping ½ hour of pure party tunes – while Luke G layed down some smooth r&b/soul classics to wind the crowd down.
Keep you ears to the ground for the next party, August Bank Holiday!
