Ascension – Bank Holiday Sunday 11th April 2004
Following the success of Sunday Session, Urban Collective were back with the Bank Holiday Special – Ascension.
The biggest Urban Collective event so far saw 380 people through the doors enjoying the best in R&B, Hip Hop, Dancehall & Garage. Tickets were like gold dust as DJ Benzi kicked off proceedings with a mix & blend of garage grooves.
Luke G followed with Beano Brown delivering 2 hours of non stop fresh R&B & Hip Hop cuts.
At this point the club was jammed awaiting the arrival of DJ Kilbz. Backed with MC’s Miggs & Blakey, Kilbz delivered a set of prime R&B & Dancehall anthems, backed with half an hour of soulful R&B classics with another slice of DJ Benzi’s garage anthems.
